In our day-to-day lives, stress naturally accumulates and creates blockages within our spinal cord. Through regular Spinal Flow sessions I can address these stored stresses, fostering health and promoting healing in a safe healing environment.
The number of Spinal Flow treatment sessions can differ for each person based on various factors like the specific issue, your overall health, how your body responds to treatment, and your personal goals.
While some individuals might feel better after just a few sessions, others with more complex conditions might find a longer treatment plan beneficial. I'll closely monitor your progress and create a treatment plan uniquely designed for you during our initial sessions, ensuring it fits your specific needs and goals.
Please wear loose, comfortable clothing like loose tops and sweatpants. Avoid tight-fitting items such as yoga pants, tight underwear, spandex, belts, or jeans to allow for optimal treatment sessions.
I suggest taking a pleasant 10-15 minute walk following your session. This will help your body maintain the movement and benefits of your spinal flow treatment. If a walk isn't feasible, try parking your car farther away to enjoy the flow after your treatment. Additionally, it's important to stay hydrated, so remember to drink plenty of water!
